You will be able to track your order once it has shipped, please log in with your account or see the link in your Shipping Confirmation email.
Our standard service is untracked until delivery is attempted, unfortunately due to this when shipping the item outside of the UK the item will change delivery networks and will be un-traceable. When available a tracked service is optional and requires selection at checkout.
Occasionally items from your order are in different location, if we are unable to ship them in one parcel we may ship them in multiple parcels from our different locations, give it a few more days, if you still haven't received the rest of your order please fill in the contact form on this page, and a member of our websales team will get in touch with you to help.
First check if you are within our returns policy, then follow instructions on the enclosed invoice with your order, if you cannot find it, please enclose a note with your order letting us know what to do with your return, and your reason for return and post to;

You are able to return your purchases to your nearest Rugby Heaven store. If you intend on doing this please contact us and let us know that you will be doing this and ensure that you have your proof of purchase with you as a physical copy so that our store can proceed accordingly. Without a physical copy of your proof of purchase, our stores will not accept your return and you must instead post it to the address above. PLEASE NOTE- the store can not process the refund, they will instead confirm receipt to our returns department who will proceed accordingly.
We no longer offer printing or customisation on our items, we apologise for any inconvenience.
